To request a return or refund, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

Products must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • In the same condition as received

For hygiene and safety reasons, some products such as cosmetics, baby food, personal care items, or opened consumable products may not be eligible for return unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Once the returned product is verified, we will:

  • Replace the product, or
  • Provide a refund to the original payment method or preferred refund option

Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment method.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the mistake was made by us.

We reserve the right to reject return or refund requests if the product shows signs of use, damage by the customer, or if the request is made after the allowed return period.
